Super Simple Ribs

One of my favorite things about barbecue is that it doesn’t need to be complicated. Traditionally, barbecue is made from the cheaper, less desirable cuts of meat and its through smoking low and slow, the meat becomes so incredible. That is one of the reasons why I love this recipe. It is truly about as basic as you can get and is still so delicious.

Smoked Meatballs

Meatballs are easily one of my favorite things and when smoking them, they are even better. The addition of the smoke adds a complexity and a nuttiness to the meatballs that really takes them to the next level.

Pork Brine

When it comes to making juicy pork, one of my favorite tricks is brining. Brining involves adding salt and other flavors into the meat, building flavor, and allowing the meat to collect more moisture. This in turn leaves us with a juicy, moist, and delicious product.

Homemade Maple Bacon

The best part about this recipe is that it takes traditional bacon to the next level, by infusing it with maple throughout the curing process. The extra flavor makes this bacon sweet, complex and more delicious than you can imagine-And the best part? Pound for pound, you cant beat the price!

Smoked Pork Butt

Pork butt is about the easiest thing for someone to start learning how to smoke with. They are big, can take lots of smoke and are very forgiving of a variety of sins. Pork butt is actually the shoulder of the animal and when cooked low and slow, produces a juicy, smokey and delicious product. For this recipe, I have included a homemade rub, but realistically you could use just about any rub you like.
