1.Place tomatillo's and peppers on the grill and roast for about 15 minutes, moving the vegetables to an indirect heat after the first few minutes. Smoke until soft.
2.Remove tomatillos and peppers from the smoker and add to the food processor along with remaining ingredients. Pulse until salsa meets desired consistency.
3. Serve as a topping on your favorite Tex Mex style barbecue.
