1. Mix all ingredients, except chili flakes together in a blender and pulse until roughly combined.
2. Add red pepper flakes before liberally applying to chicken wings. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
3. Preheat smoker to 250F and cook until wings hit an internal temperature of 160F.
4. Once wings have hit 160F, ramp up the smoker temperature to 450F or move wings to be directly above the heat source until wings hit 165F.
5. Allow wings to rest for a minimum of 15 minutes before serving with Alabame white sauce or Ranch.
